ph48's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph48 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph48 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph48 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
